The South Texas State Fair is held every March in Beaumont, Texas.
It is produced by the Young Men's Business League (YMBL). YMBL strives to improve the general welfare of Beaumont and the surrounding area. It develops and pursues programs which will maintain and improve the city's educational facilities and opportunities and undertakes activities to enhance the agricultural and commercial resources of the area. The biggest event it hosts is the South Texas State Fair.
In addition to rides and fair food, the South Texas State Fair also hosts a rodeo, a livestock and poultry show, a school art show, a quilt show and an open photography contest.
